In this position, Padgett will use her decades of experience in both the marketing and architect industries to take on challenging roles that include networking with peers to seek share leads, research and development for the firm's client managers, seeking out new clients and developing company marketing strategies. Prior to joining BJAC, Padgett worked as the business development manager with the Boston design firm RDK Engineers.
