Charlotte, NC – January 2, 2018:  Fisher Phillips announces that Travis W. Vance in the Charlotte office has been promoted to partner, effective January 1, 2018.

Vance joined the Charlotte office as Of Counsel in 2015. A thought leader in the field of workplace safety, Vance counsels employers on OSHA issues, including supervisor training, compliance and citation defense. Licensed to practice law in five states, Vance handles litigation in both federal and state courts as well as claims pending with state and federal agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), MSHA, OSHA, and the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL). He has a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and an undergraduate degree from The University of the South at Sewanee, Tennessee.
